Utah, besieged by hundreds of thousands of illegal alien migrants—swamping their schools, neighborhoods, hospitals and prisons—moves to enact a law similar to Arizona’s SB 1070, but with better bomb proofing against the federal government.

Pro-illegal alien advocates screamed, “Racial profiling!”

Crafted better than Arizona’s SB 1070, Utah may side-step Obama’s wrath by ‘morphing’ the bill into an uncontestable law at the state level. “The core intent of this bill is still very much like Arizona's illegal-immigration crackdown law. The differences are in fine legal details, meant to adhere to a federal judge's concerns about the Arizona law,” said Richard Piatt, AP journalist.

The White House Administration is worried that Americans might procure the border for themselves. Fretting so much they are sending national guard down to the border. One can only guess at what the direct result will be, but it will be anything but the sealing of the border if Congress, The White house can control it, and if S.P.L.C. and The ADL have anything to inject.

Well They Don't. It's too late. An untold number of patriotic State Militias from all over the country have offered up and are donating time, money, and resources to patrol the border. Arizona's Citizens Militia with the help of other locally organized state citizen's militias will engage the drug smugglers who are bringing heroine into America. In truth the drug smugglers have posts 50 miles inland on American soil.

Anyone paying with the slightest attention to detail also knows a corrupt edition of the Mexican military has been escorting the drug smugglers, and on too numerous of occasions crossed over onto American soil and fired on and killed American Police, Sheriffs, and The Border Patrol. This fall the American Militias will eradicate the paracites and if necessary engage the Mexican Military. This has The United States Government Inc. nervous and scrambling to make as though they are doing something about the problem by deploying the National Guard.

Maricopa County's top prosecutor says sheriff's Chief Deputy David Hendershott and former County Attorney Andrew Thomas obsessively pursued criminal cases against county officials despite a series of legal rebuffs including a rejection by a grand jury. But Hendershott and Thomas say he is skewing the facts for political gain.

Interim County Attorney Rick Romley said grand-jury documents released publicly Thursday show that the Sheriff's Office and Thomas had a single-minded purpose: to prosecute their political enemies.
