Bilderberg Agenda Revealed: Globalists In Crisis, Supportive Of Attack On Iran 050610top

The 2010 Bilderberg agenda has been revealed by veteran Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker and it paints a picture of crisis for the globalists, who are furious at the increased exposure their gatherings have received in recent years, as well as being dismayed at their failure to rescue both the euro and the failing carbon tax agenda, but more alarmingly according to Tucker, the majority of Bilderberg members are now in favor of military air strikes on Iran.

American Free Press muckraker Tucker has proven routinely accurate with the information he obtains from sources inside Bilderberg, which makes this year’s revelations all the more intriguing.

Undisclosed Interests

Opinion Editorial by Jacob Sullum -
June 4, 2010

In an obvious attempt to hide their thuggery behind a veneer of paternalism, some members of our legislature are ignoring the phrase 'Congress shall make no law' when it comes to the First Amendment.

In a 1996 law review article, Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan warned that campaign finance laws "easily can serve as incumbent-protection devices, insulating current officeholders from challenge and criticism." The DISCLOSE Act, a speech-squelching bill supported by the man who nominated Kagan, is a good example.

President Obama and congressional Democrats say the DISCLOSE Act, which is expected to come up for a vote soon, is aimed at ensuring transparency and preventing corruption in the wake of Citizens United v. FEC, the January decision in which the Supreme Court lifted restrictions on political speech by corporations and unions. But the bill's onerous, lopsided requirements suggest its supporters are more interested in silencing their critics.

Robin Hood and the Tea Party Haters

Posted by David Boaz

What is it with modern American liberals and taxes? Apparently they don’t just see taxes as a necessary evil, they actually like ‘em; they think, as Gail Collins puts it in the New York Times, that in a better world “little kids would dream of growing up to be really big taxpayers.” But you really see liberals’ taxophilia coming out when you read the reviews of the new movie Robin Hood, starring Russell Crowe. If liberals don’t love taxes, they sure do hate tax protesters.

Carlo Rotella, director of American Studies at Boston College, writes in the Boston Globe that this Robin Hood is A big angry baby [who] fights back against taxes” and that the movie is “hamstrung by a shrill political agenda — endless fake-populist harping on the evils of taxation.” You wonder what Professor Rotella teaches his

BP Among the Companies Vying for Iraq's Oil

Iraq has a dream: it wants to be bigger than Saudi Arabia. In seven years, Baghdad envisions itself overtaking its neighbor to the south as the world's largest petroleum producer. That means Baghdad must ramp up output from the current 2.4 million barrels per day to more than 12.5 million. To do that, it is seeking billions in investment from foreign oil companies — among them BP, the British company fighting to contain an oil spill in another gulf halfway across the globe.

To help promote the cause, the U.S. government organized a field trip last week to the deserts of southern Iraq, where the landmines of 20th century wars are being cleared and massive modern rigs are being brought in. This is the region that

Oil Hits Florida Beaches

Crist seeks $100M from BP for Florida

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., June 4 (UPI) -- Tar balls washed ashore Friday on the beaches

of Pensacola, Fla., as Gov. Charlie Crist asked BP for $100 million to cover cleanup costs.

Brad Hattaway, emergency planning coordinator for Escambia County, said researchers were unsure if the tar is from the spill at BP's Deepwater Horizon platform, the Miami Herald reported. He said no oil has turned up west of Pensacola yet.

Crist, in a letter to BP America President Lamar McKay, said the company's money would be used to pay for efforts to keep oil off Florida beaches and away from its wildlife, Florida Today said.

Israeli Commando Who Shot Six Passengers in Aid Convoy in Line for Medal

Six of the nine passengers killed in an Israeli raid on an aid convoy bound for Gaza were shot by a single Israeli commando, who is being considered for a medal of valour for saving his injured comrades as passengers attacked them with clubs, knives and even guns they had taken from downed Navy Seals.

Fresh details of the controversial raid, which has led to accusations of “piracy” and “state terrorism” being levelled against Israel, and which wrecked its strategic partnership with Turkey, emerged yesterday. There were reports that passengers who attacked the Israeli boarding party had been dragging three captured commandos into the hold of the ship when the shooting broke out.

Did Israel tamper with Flotilla?

JERUSALEM, June 2 (UPI) -- There are growing indications that Israel's military or its intelligence service sabotaged three of the foreign ships involved in the ill-fated effort to get humanitarian supplies to the blockaded Gaza Strip.

Matan Vilnai, Israel's deputy defense minister, hinted during an interview on Israel Radio that Israeli forces had taken covert action to disable two of the ships that were supposed to have participated in the blockade-busting operation Monday.

Asked whether there had been an alternative to landing naval commandos on the leading ship, the Turkish-registered Mavi Marmara, before dawn Monday to prevent the flotilla reaching Gaza, Vilnai said: "All possibilities had been considered.
