Dear Supporter,My son Rand is taking on the Establishment in an epic fight to represent Kentucky in the United States Senate.

And, he is winning!

The DC insiders have tried to stack the deck for his career politician opponent. They have held inside-the-beltway, thousand dollar a plate fundraisers and lined up support from Senators who voted for the TARP Funds and Bank Bailouts. They have viciously attacked him and lied about his positions. They have even organized dirty push polling calls against Rand, a tactic that is underhanded at best, and in many cases, illegal.

But with your help, Rand has fought back. On August 20, you helped Rand raise $440,000 online in one day. This tremendous show of support shot Rand up in the polls and showed he was a force to be reckoned with. On December 16, the grassroots once again came together to raise $250,000 for Rand on the anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. You propelled Rand into the lead!

The most recent poll shows Rand up 15 points. He is running a tremendous campaign and has a plan that will win his primary, which is just 70 short days away. But, he needs your help now more than ever!

On Tuesday, March 23, the anniversary of Founding Father Patrick Henry’s famous speech, “Give me Liberty, or Give me Death,” the grassroots will throw another Money Bomb. Your generous support on March 23 is crucial. A strong showing of $500,000 will fully fund Rand’s campaign plan and allow him to do all of the radio, television, mail and voter contact it will take to ensure victory down the stretch.

Your support will be the knock-out shot against the career politicians who are running our country into the ground. We have a chance to elect the strongest Constitutional Conservative and defender of Liberty the United States Senate has seen in a generation. But we need to stand together on March 23.

I hope you will join us on Tuesday, March 23 as we push Rand to victory. Please visit www.RandPaul2010.com for more information or to make your contribution.

In Liberty,

Ron Paul

Not Democrat, Not Republican, Not Independent. It’s called the “PISSED OFF PARTY” (or POP).

POP is dedicated to vote every incumbent out of office in the next elections. If you’re Democrat, vote Democrat. Just don’t vote for the incumbent. If you’re Republican, vote Republican. Just don’t vote for the incumbent.
BREAK the mold, BREAK your conditioning, BREAK away from the lemming line and chart a new way. Vote for the other guy or gal most likely to win, no matter what.

We need to send a message to all politicians, that we’re tired of their B.S. When the country votes out all the incumbents, the new incoming politicians will get the message.

“I never submitted the whole system of my opinions to the creed of any party of men whatever, in religion, in philosophy, in politics or in anything else, where I was capable of thinking for myself.
Such an addiction is the last degradation of a free and moral agent. If I could not go to Heaven but with a party, I would not go there at all.” Thomas Jefferson

It’s pretty simple. Nobody needs to change parties and lets face it, there’s plenty of blame to spread around A few good politicians will lose their job but they probably have better retirement and insurance then 95% of the American public.

You’ve had to struggle for the last 5 years. Some of you have lost your job and may be working in some other sector just to feed your family. I guarantee you, none of them will suffer like this country has.
If you like whats going on and think this is a bad idea, delete this.

To All 535 voting members of the Legislature; it is now official we know you are, with the exception of a very few, ALL corrupt morons at the least, and criminals at worst:
a. The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775. You have had 234 years to get it right and it is broke.
b. Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 74 years to get it right and it is broke.
c. Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 71 years to get it right and it is broke.
d. War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to “the poor” and they only want more.
e. Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 44 years to get it right and they are broke.

f. Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 39 years to get it right and it is broke.

g.. The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You had 32 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.

h. You Created the National Bank Act’s of 1864 and 1865, tying our money to debt from the banksters.
I. You conceived in inequity on Jeckyl Island 1910, and gave birth in the Senate in 1913, the Federal Reserve Act, to further enslave our people and our nation.
j. You passed Amendments that were never ratified by a majority of the states, and from that spawned the IRS which does not honor the Bill of Rights by encroaching on the 4th and 5th Amendmants.

k. You elevated the power of the corporations over We The People, and we have suffered as a nation ever since.

l.You created NAFTA which has resulted in deindustrialization of our nation, and We The People’s job’s have been off shored, at the benefit of these corporations and the banksters.

M.You passed the BANKSTER BAILOUT in October of 2008 against the will of 99% of We The People. You ignored us, and listened to the likes of scumbags Paulson, Kashikari, Bernanke. Geithner, and others and you went ahead and did it anyway, mortgaging our future and our children’s and their children’s children’s future to a loadstone of debt.

LISTEN to the words of our Founders, our Forefathers who warned us:

“The bold effort the present (central) bank had made to control the government … are but premonitions of the fate that await the American people should they be deluded into a perpetuation of this institution or the establishment of another like it.” Andrew Jackson

“Every man is equally entitled to protection by law; but when the laws undertake to add… artificial distinctions, to grant titles, gratuities, and exclusive privileges, to make the rich richer and the potent more powerful, the humble members of society — the farmers, mechanics, and laborers — who have neither the time nor the means of securing like favors to themselves, have a right to complain of the injustice of their government.” Andrew Jackson

“Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! “You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the grace of the Eternal God, I will rout you out.”Andrew Jackson

“If Congress has the right under the Constitution to issue paper money, it was given to be used by themselves, not to be delegated to individuals or corporations.” Andrew Jackson

“I am one of those who do not believe that a national debt is a national blessing, but rather a curse to a republic; inasmuch as it is calculated to raise around the administration a moneyed aristocracy dangerous to the liberties of the country.” Andrew Jackson

“History records that the money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling the money and its issuance.”

James Madison

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raised up a moneyed aristocracy that has set the Government at defiance. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs.” Thomas Jefferson

“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them (around the banks), will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.” Thomas Jefferson

“We must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. We must make our election between economy and liberty or profusion and servitude. If we run into such debt, as that we must be taxed in our meat and in our drink, in our necessaries and our comforts, in our labors and our amusements, for our calling and our creeds…[we will] have no time to think, no means of calling our miss-managers to account but be glad to obtain subsistence by hiring ourselves to rivet their chains on the necks of our fellow-sufferers… And this is the tendency of all human governments. A departure from principle in one instance becomes a precedent for[ another]… till the bulk of society is reduced to be mere automatons of misery… And the fore-horse of this frightful team is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in its train wretchedness and oppression.” Thomas Jefferson

I sincerely believe that banking institutions are more dangerous than standing armies; and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity… is but swindling futurity on a large scale.” Thomas Jefferson

“Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of the day; but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers (adminstrators) too plainly proves a deliberate, systematic plan of reducing us to slavery.” Thomas Jefferson

“The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.” Thomas Jefferson

“The issue today is the same as it has been throughout all history, whether man shall be allowed to govern himself or be ruled by a small elite.” Thomas Jefferson

L You have FAILED in every “government service” you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars.

Congress, to you, and your carpet bagging lobbyists, your military-industrial complex, your banksters and your global agendists, we have this to say: to paraphrase the words of Andrew Jackson, by Eternal God we WILL Route You Out! They will be instructed to take sledge hammers to your monuments, to desecrate your graves, and to hound, and harrass your heirs into perpetuity to the seventh generation, eternally vigilant to stamp out any sprig of memetic or genetic tyranny from your descendents.

If we run into such debts, as that we must be taxed in our meat and in our drink, in our necessities and our comforts, in our labors and our amusements, for our calling and our creeds, as the people of England are, our people, like them, must come to labor sixteen hours in the twenty-four, give the earnings of fifteen of these to the government for their debts and daily expenses; and the sixteenth being insufficient to afford us bread, we must live, as they now do, on oatmeal and potatoes; have no time to think, no means of calling the mismanagers to account; but be glad to obtain subsistence by hiring ourselves to rivet their chains on the necks of our fellow suffers.

Our land-holders, too, like theirs, retaining indeed the title and stewardship of estates called theirs but held really in trust for the treasury, must wander, like theirs, in foreign countries, and be contented with penury, obscurity, exile, and the glory of the nation.

This example reads to us the salutary lesson, that private fortunes are destroyed by public as well as by private extravagances. And this is the tendency of all human governments. A departure from principle in one instance becomes a precedent for the second; that second for a third; and so on, till the bulk of the society is reduced to mere automatons of misery, to have no sensibilities left but for sinning and suffering.

Then begins, indeed, the bellum omnium in omnia, which some philosophers observing to be so general in this world, have mistaken for the natural, instead of the abusive state of man. And the fore horse on this frightful team is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in its train wretchedness and oppression.” Thomas Jefferson

“An elective despotism was not the government we fought for, but one which should not only be founded on true free principles, but in which the powers of government should be so divided and balanced among general bodies of magistracy, as that no one could transcend their legal limits without being effectually checked and restrained by the others.” Thomas Jefferson

“I am for a government rigorously frugal and simple. Were we directed from Washington when to sow, when to reap, we should soon want bread.” Thomas Jefferson

“It is error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself.” Thomas Jefferson

“I own I am not a friend to a very energetic government. It is always oppressive.” Thomas Jefferson

“Nothing can now be believed which is seen in a newspaper (or a tube for boobs). Truth itself becomes suspicious by being put into that polluted vehicle.” Thomas Jefferson

“I discharge every person under punishment or prosecution under the Sedition Law, because I considered, and now consider, that law to be a nullity as absolute and palpable as if Congress had ordered us to fall down and worship a golden image.” Thomas Jefferson

“The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions, that I wish it to be always kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong, but better so than not to be exercised at all. I like a little rebellion now and then.” Thomas Jefferson

“The several states composing the United States of America are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes [and] delegated to that government certain definite powers and whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force. To this compact each state acceded as a state, and is an integral party, its co-states forming, as to itself, the other party. The government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself, since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution the measure of its powers.” Thomas Jefferson

“The true theory of our Constitution is surely the wisest and best, that the States are independent as to everything within themselves, and united as to everything respecting foreign affairs. Let the General Government be reduced to foreign concerns only, and let our affairs be disentangled from those of all other nations, except as to commerce, which the merchants will manage the better, the more they are left free to manage for themselves, and our General Government may be reduced to a very simple organization, and a very inexpensive one; a few plain duties to be performed by a few servants.” Thomas Jefferson

“Government can do something for the people only in proportion as it can do something to the people.” Thomas Jefferson

“The judiciary of the United States is the subtle corps of sappers and miners constantly working under ground to undermine the foundations of our confederated fabric. They are construing our constitution from a coordination of a general and special government to a general and supreme one alone. This will lay all things at their feet… We shall see if they are bold enough to take the daring stride their five lawyers have lately taken. If they do, then… I will say, that ‘against this every man should raise his voice,’ and more, should uplift his arm.” Thomas Jefferson

“I, however, place economy among the first and most important republican virtues, and public debt as the greatest of the dangers to be feared.” Thomas Jefferson

“The concentrating [of powers] in the same hands is precisely the definition of despotic government. It will be no alleviation that these powers will be exercised by a plurality of hands, and not by a single one.

“What country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms.” Thomas Jefferson

“I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.” Thomas Jefferson

“I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man” Thomas Jefferson

“A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be the constant companion of your walks.” Thomas Jefferson

“To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.” Thomas Jefferson

“No free man shall ever be de-barred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain their right to keep and bear arms is as a last resort to protect themselves against tyranny in government.” Thomas Jefferson

“[We should be] determined… to sever ourselves from the union we so much value rather than give up the rights of self-government… in which alone we see liberty, safety and happiness.” Thomas Jefferson

“If any state in the Union will declare that it prefers separation… to a continuance in union… I have no hesitation in saying, ‘let us separate.’” Thomas Jefferson

“Make yourselves sheep and the wolves will eat you.” Benjamin Franklin

“As long as our government is administered for the good of the people, and is regulated by their will; as long as it secures to us the rights of persons and of property, liberty of conscience and of the press, it will be worth defending.” Andrew Jackson

“The brave man inattentive to his duty, is worth little more to his country than the coward who deserts her in the hour of danger.”

This Thursday, March 11, 2010 In U.S. Court of Appeals…
One American Argues Historical Lawsuit Against the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury For Unconstitutional Billion-Dollar AIG Bailouts

WHO: Robert “Bob” Schulz, Chairman

We the People Foundation for Constitutional Education and We the People Congress: Dedicated to citizen vigilance and holding elected officials accountable to their  Oath of Office, the Constitution. www.givemeliberty.org;

WHAT: Oral arguments against the Federal Reserve (Bernanke) and U.S. Treasury

(Paulson/Geithner) challenging the UNCONSTITUTIONAL use of public monies for the
multi-billion dollar bailouts of privately-owned AIG and other Wall Street institutions.

WHEN: 2 PM – Thursday, March 11, 2010 – Schulz is FIRST UP
WHERE: Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in Manhattan- 500 Pearl Street

Ceremonial Courtroom – 9th Floor; Presiding Judges Eaton, Wesley and Sack

HOW: Schulz will argue, pro se, the Constitutional argument that public funds can never be used for decidedly private purposes – regardless of any perceived necessity or general public benefit in doing so. He will also argue against the unconstitutional application of the “judicial standing doctrine,” used liberally to prevent federal lawsuits by ordinary Americans seeking to remedy injuries affecting all Citizens equally which arise from Government’s violations of the Constitution. A critical and growing issue as more Americans awaken to the inevitable question: “What are the next steps for a free People to take to hold their servant government accountable?”

No couch potato: Schulz says – “The emergency Congressional bailout meeting at 7pm that day (Sept 18, 2008) and subsequent announcements followed my phone conversations, in series, with lawyers at the Federal Reserve, Treasury Dept., and Justice Department in the mid-afternoon, notifying them they had been sued for agreeing to give AIG $85 billion of public funds, not only without any Constitutional authority to do so, but to make matters worse, without bothering to go the Congress – specifically the House of Representatives, where all money bills are obligated by the Constitution to originate, and knowing what effects these huge gifts of public monies would have upon both America’s economy and the People. Officials were fully informed that the courts had been asked for a temporary restraining order to prevent the transfer of any money to AIG until the court held a hearing. Each was faxed a full set of the legal papers. All of this was done by 3pm. At 7pm, America saw the sobering bailout announcement.”

“Days later, I filed a second case, when Congress then, in full cooperation with the plan, trumped the Constitution again, on the same ‘no authority’ grounds, against the $700 billion TARP bailout. The two cases were “consolidated” and dismissed for “lack of standing” by the District Court, months later. The appeal was filed. The U.S. Court of Appeals, after months of delay and asking me to let them decide the appeal without oral argument, finally set this date. I will now have the opportunity to confront the Government in public and let the DOJ attorneys explains these acts to both the Court and the People of America.”

The Obama administration will accept no more public input for a federal strategy that could prohibit U.S. citizens from fishing some of the nation’s oceans, coastal areas, Great Lakes, and even inland waters.

AP/Luis M. AlvarezOne sign at the United We Fish rally at the Capital summed up the feelings of recreational and commercial fishermen.

This announcement comes at the time when the situation supposedly still is “fluid” and the Interagency Ocean Policy Task Force still hasn’t issued its final report on zoning uses of these waters.

That’s a disappointment, but not really a surprise for fishing industry insiders who have negotiated for months with officials at the Council on Environmental Quality
and bureaucrats on the task force. These angling advocates have come to suspect that public input into the process was a charade from the beginning.

“When the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) completed their successful campaign to convince the Ontario government to end one of the best scientifically managed big game hunts in North America (spring bear), the results of their agenda had severe economic impacts on small family businesses and the tourism economy of communities across northern and central Ontario,” said Phil Morlock, director of environmental affairs for Shimano.

“Now we see NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) and the administration planning the future of recreational fishing access in America based on a similar agenda of these same groups and other Big Green anti-use organizations, through an Executive Order by the President. The current U.S. direction with fishing is a direct parallel to what happened in Canada with hunting: The negative economic impacts on hard working American families and small businesses are being ignored.

“In spite of what we hear daily in the press about the President’s concern for jobs and the economy and contrary to what he stated in the June order creating this process, we have seen no evidence from NOAA or the task force that recreational fishing and related jobs are receiving any priority.”

Consequently, unless anglers speak up and convince their Congressional representatives to stop this bureaucratic freight train, it appears that the task force will issue a final report for “marine spatial planning” by late March, with President Barack Obama then issuing an Executive Order to implement its recommendations — whatever they may be.

Led by NOAA’s Jane Lubchenco, the task force has shown no overt dislike of recreational angling, but its indifference to the economic, social and biological value of the sport has been deafening.

Additionally, Lubchenco and others in the administration have close ties to environmental groups who would like nothing better than to ban recreational angling. And evidence suggests that these organizations have been the engine behind the task force since before Obama issued a memo creating it last June.

As ESPN previously reported, WWF, Greenpeace, Defenders of Wildlife, Pew Environment Group and others produced a document entitled “Transition Green” shortly after Obama was elected in 2008. What has happened since suggests that the task force has been in lockstep with that position paper.

Then in late summer, just after he created the task force, these groups produced “Recommendations for the Adoption and Implementation of an Oceans, Coasts, and Great Lakes National Policy.” This document makes repeated references to “overfishing,” but doesn’t once reference recreational angling, its importance, and its benefits, both to participants and the resource.

Additionally, some of these same organizations have revealed their anti-fishing bias by playing fast and loose with “facts,” in attempts to ban tackle containing lead in the United States and Canada.

That same tunnel vision, in which recreational angling and commercial fishing are indiscriminately lumped together as harmful to the resource, has persisted with the task force, despite protests by the angling industry.

As more evidence of collusion, the green groups began clamoring for an Executive Order to implement the task force’s recommendations even before the public comment period ended in February. Fishing advocates had no idea that this was coming.

Perhaps not so coincidentally, the New York Times reported on Feb. 12 that “President Obama and his team are preparing an array of actions using his executive power to advance energy, environmental, fiscal and other domestic policy priorities.”

Morlock fears that “what we’re seeing coming at us is an attempted dismantling of the science-based fish and wildlife model that has served us so well. There’s no basis in science for the agendas of these groups who are trying to push the public out of being able to fish and recreate.

“Conflicts (user) are overstated and problems are manufactured. It’s all just an excuse to put us off the water.”

In the wake of the task force’s framework document, the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF) and its partners in the U.S. Recreational Fishing & Boating Coalition against voiced their concerns to the administration.

“Some of the potential policy implications of this interim framework have the potential to be a real threat to recreational anglers who not only contribute billions of dollars to the economy and millions of dollars in tax revenues to support fisheries conservation, but who are also the backbone of the American fish and wildlife conservation ethic,” said CSF President Jeff Crane.

Morlock, a member of the CSF board, added, “There are over one million jobs in America supported coast to coast by recreational fishing. The task force has not included any accountability requirements in their reports for evaluating or mitigating how the new policies they are drafting will impact the fishing industry or related economies.

“Given that the scope of this process appears to include a new set of policies for all coastal and inland waters of the United States, the omission of economic considerations is inexcusable.”

This is not the only access issue threatening the public’s right to fish, but it definitely is the most serious, according to Chris Horton, national conservation director for BASS.

“With what’s being created, the same principles could apply inland as apply to the oceans,” he said. “Under the guise of ‘marine spatial planning’ entire watersheds could be shut down, even 2,000 miles up a river drainage from the ocean.

“Every angler needs to be aware because if it’s not happening in your backyard today or tomorrow, it will be eventually.

“We have one of the largest voting blocks in the country and we need to use it. We must not sit idly by.”

This is an opinion column from Robert Montgomery. As a Senior Writer for BASS Publications, Montgomery has written about conservation, environment, and access issues for more than two decades.

STATEMENTS SEEN AS ATTEMPT TO DEFEND HERSELF AND DEPARTMENT FROM INQUIRIES REGARDING CONFLICTING PUBLIC STATEMENTS ON OBAMA’S VITAL RECORDS

This documentation which discounts the testimony which Dr. Fukino gave to the Hawaii Senate Committee on Judiciary and Government Operations regarding SB2937.

In her testimony of February 23, 2010, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health stated, “For more than a year, the Department of Health has continued to receive approximately 50 e-mail inquiries a month seeking access to President Barack Obama’s birth certificate in spite of the fact that President Obama has posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website.”

The Statistics which undercut Fukino’s Testimony

These are as follows:

Total UIPA Requests: 198, or 208 if you include OIP Requests for Assistance.

Birth Record Related Request: any request for records associated with Barack Hussein Obama (or any name variation thereof) excluding index data. 76 requests during the specified time frame. 38.4% of 198 or 36.5% of 208

Index Data: any request for index data regardless of the search parameters provided. 71 requests during the specified time frame. 35.9% of 198 or 34.1% of 208

Record Request: any request that did not fall into the above categories, rules, regulations, forms, Stanley Ann Dunham/Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. divorce records, death records, clarification, etc. 51 requests during the specified time frame. 25.8% of 198 or 24.5% of 208

OIP Request for Assistance: 10 requests during specified time period or 4.8% of 208

total number of pages of documents = 688
total number of requesters = 61
total number of UIPA requests =198 or 208 (see above)
month in which they began = Time span Aug 7 – Nov 24, 2009, or roughly 16 weeks

The above statistics have been determined by collating the documents received from the Department of Health regarding a UIPA request made for all the UIPA requests from June 1, 2008 to November 24, 2009, which regarded the following categories of requests:

Part I

All UIPA Request(s) to Access an Agency Record(s) submitted to the HI DoH between June 1, 2008 and Present Date that contain the names:

Barack Hussein Dunham
Barack Hussein Obama II
Barack Hussein Soetoro
Barack Hussein Soetoro
Barry Obama
Barry Dunham
Barry Soetero
Stanley Ann Dunham
Stanley Ann Obama
Stanley Ann Sutoro/Soetoro
Ann Dunham

Plus all responses provided by the DoH to the individual requester for the aforementioned requests.

Part II:

All UIPA Request(s) to Access an Agency Record(s) submitted to the HI DoH between June 1, 2008 and Present Date that contain but not limited to:

1) DoH Rules, Regulations, General Statements of Policies, Operating Procedures, that pertain to the handling of vital records
2) DoH application of “Date Filed By Registrar” and “Date Accepted by Registrar” on the Certification of Live Birth
3) Blank copies of the Certification Of Live Birth (OHSM 1.1 11/2001, and later revisions, if applicable)
4) General applicability and Interpretation of the form fields contained on a completed OHSM 1.1 and later revisions, if applicable

Plus all responses provided by the DoH to the individual requester for the aforementioned requests.

This collection contain requests for Index Data, Birth Record, other Record Requests (non-index data or birth certificate-related), and Request for Assistance to the Office for Information Pratices, which does not include the Department of Health.

The Post & Email is willing to offer an electronic copy of the entire document collection to the President of the Hawaii Senate, Senator Colleen Hanabusa, or the Hawaii Attorney General, Mark Bennett, so that they can investigate a charge of perjury against Fukino.

Is the Discrepancy between Statistics and Testimony, perjury?

The definition of “perjury” is “the crime of intentionally lying after being duly sworn (to tell the truth) by a notary public, court clerk or other official. This false statement may be made in testimony in court, administrative hearings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, as well as by signing or acknowledging a written legal document (such as affidavit, declaration under penalty of perjury, deed, license application, tax return) known to contain false information.”

The above information clearly shows that as head of the Department of Health, Dr. Fukino could not possibly have intended to correctly and accurately describe the amount of information requests her office receives, especially since her department had only recently fulfilled a UIPA request to collate and hand over all such responses. She has given false testimony regarding both the number and duration of these requests.

As such, The Post & Email publicly contests her testimony and asks how can she not be guilty of the crime of perjury.

Finally, it is to be wondered why Fukino had gone to such lengths to stain her reputation so gravely, simply to defend and protect her department from public inquiry regarding her public statements on Obama’s vital records, if there is nothing awry with her declarations. However, if she has perjured herself to the Hawaii Senate Committee, how can we be sure what she says about Obama’s vital records is not similarly false or inaccurate?

Fukino submitted written testimony strongly supporting proposed legislation which would “place limits on records requesters whose established patterns of requests are determined to be an abuse of the process outlined in Chapter 92F, HRS.” She has asked that the Office of Information Practices enforce the new law if it is passed, which would result in an agency of the Executive Branch of the state government denying due process rights to citizens making requests authorized by Hawaii’s UIPA law.

The bill introduced by Hawaii State Senator Will Espero is moving quickly through the Hawaii legislature which would label certain people “vexatious” and deny their requests for information based on Hawaii’s current open records law, or UIPA. The heavily Democrat legislature is expected to pass the bill, despite the laws already on record in Hawaii which guarantee the public access to information from the state agencies which maintain them.

State Senator Will Espero proposed the amendment which would label repeat requesters “vexatious,” despite the fact that last summer, he told WorldNetDaily that he planned to “introduce legislation through which the state’s lawmakers would force the public disclosure of all President Obama’s birth documents held by the Hawaii Department of Health , including President Obama’s long-form original birth certificate.”

In August, Espero said, “My decision to file the legislation was primarily a result of the fuss over President Obama’s birth records and the lingering questions.” However, the bill which Espero has introduced to that end is SB2056, which would allow public access to birth certificates currently kept private by law, but only under very restrictive conditions. Some of those conditions are a $50 fee for each birth certificate to be viewed, a 15-minute time limit, and the Health Department assuming authority to redact any information that it deems “sensitive or confidential.”

The Post & Email has covered Espero’s recent proposals here.

The full text of Dr. Fukino’s testimony to the committee can be found here.

The Post & Email wishes to thank the readers of this e-Newspaper, who donated to The Post & Email Legal Fund, so that it could acquire a copy of the documents, which were used to make this report possible.

A vote is set for Saturday in Iceland on a referendum that would require Iceland to pay funds to the U.K. and the Netherlands based on U.K. and Netherlands investors who lost money because of the collapse of an Icelandic bank.

As I reported earlier:

The EU (based on some complicated rules) wants the residents of Iceland to bailout depositors in the United Kingdom who deposited money in an Icelandic bank that opened a subsidiary in the UK and then failed. The tab is £3.5 billion. The population of Iceland is only 320,000.

A Capacent Gallup survey conducted over the last weeks of February showed 74% of those who had decided to vote planned to vote “no”, reports WSJ.

The IMF and the EU are trying to muscle Iceland’s voters. The IMF has been holding up aid to Iceland. The EU would likely kill the potential of membership for Iceland in the EU. Those muscle moves have obviously not gone over well with Iceland’s voters.

An Icelandic negotiating team remained in London, according to WSJ,i n a last-ditch bid to seal a pact that could—at least temporarily—eliminate the need for a referendum on the older agreement. But Iceland’s finance minister, Steingrímur Sigfússon said it was “highly unlikely” the referendum would be called off.

ARLINGTON, Va. – On Sept. 7, 2008, Barack Hussein Obama appeared on ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos,” and stated, “I had to sign up for Selective Service (SS) when I graduated from high school … And I actually always thought of the military as an ennobling and, you know, honorable option. But keep in mind that I graduated in 1979. The Vietnam War had come to an end. We weren’t engaged in active military conflict at that point. And so, it’s not an option that I ever decided to pursue.”

Some people did keep in mind that he graduated in 1979 and noted the registration requirement was suspended in April 1975 by President Gerald Ford and wasn’t reinstituted until 1980 by President Jimmy Carter in response to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
The Military Selective Service Act required men born in the calendar year 1961 to register on any of the six days beginning Monday, July 28, 1980.

On Oct. 13, 2008, J. Stephen Coffman, a retired federal agent, filed a

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the SS for a copy of Obama’s SS registration form.

Debbie Schlussel broke this story on Nov. 13, 2008, questioning myriad peculiarities about Obama’s registration form.

EXCLUSIVE: Did Next Commander-in-Chief Falsify Selective Service Registration? Never Actually Register? Obama’s Draft Registration Raises Serious Questions
http://tinyurl.com/ml3qm5

Coffman’s FOIA request was processed on Oct. 29, 2008, two days after the SS claimed it was received.

Coffman received a copy of Obama’s registration form along with a copy of the computer inquiry screen, which showed an access date of Sept. 9, 2008, several weeks prior to Coffman’s request.

It was accompanied by a letter from Richard S. Flahavan, associate director for public affairs and intergovernmental affairs, who stated, “Also, the enclosed computer inquiry screen indicates that his registration number is 61-1125539-1, as previously provided to you.”

The computer printout shows a transaction date of Sept. 4, 1980 (the date Obama’s July 29, 1980 registration was entered into the system) with a last action date of Sept. 4, 1980, signifying nothing else had been received or entered since the original Sept. 4, 1980 registration form.

Coffman found it peculiar his request, according to the computer printout date, was processed on Sept. 9, 2008, several weeks prior to submitting his request.

On Feb. 9, 2009, Kenneth Allen submitted a FOIA request for the same records. He received a response, also from Flavahan, dated March 4, 2009.

Flavahan said a copy of Obama’s SS registration was enclosed along with “the resultant automated file screen,” adding, “Mr. Obama did indeed register with the Selective Service and was assigned Selective Service Number 61-1125539-1 on Sept. 4, 1980.”

The 10-digit Document Locator Number (DLN) 0897080632 is printed or

www.freedomsphoenix.com

stamped across the top right hand corner of the registration form.

The computer printout provided to Coffman displayed an 11-digit DLN of 8089 708 0632.
The computer printouts provided to both Allen and Coffman are both dated Sept. 9, 2008.
The copy of the registration form provided to Allen and Coffman are identical.

However, Allen’s computer printout is titled “Registrant File Inquiry Report” while Coffman’s is titled “RIMS History Inquiry Screen.”

And, the DLN on the computer printout received by Allen, also an 11-digit number, reads: 0897 080 6320.

So, while Coffman’s printout had an eight added to the beginning, Allen’s had a zero added to the end.

Once issued, DLNs do not change.

Even though the inquiry screen indicates Allen’s request was processed on Sept. 9, 2008, just like Coffman’s, it reflects a last action date of June 25, 1991, showing a Form 50 change letter had been received and entered then. Records provided to Coffman reflected no such action.

The post office round date stamp on Obama’s registration form also raised legitimacy concerns. The stamp displays “USPO Honolulu, HI Makiki Sta.” with “Jul 29 80” stamped in the center of the circle on three lines. However, the two-digit year is stamped off center as if it should have been a four-digit date.

Last week Sonoran News received a response to a FOIA request for 17 SS records for the purpose of making comparisons.

Every single one of them has a four-digit year stamp, including two registrations processed at the very same post office, one within days of Obama’s.

In fact, Bruce Henderson, now deceased, whose birthday was also in August 1961, registered on Aug. 2, 1980 at the Makiki station and his SS number is 61-1125522-7, just 27 numbers apart from Obama’s.

The 10-digit DLN on his registration form reads: 0897080613 and the 11-digit DLN on the computer printout reads: 0897 080 6130, indicating a zero had been added to the end.

Henderson’s registration was also entered in the same batch as Obama’s on Sept. 4, 1980.
Our FOIA request was initially made in October 2009, but after receiving neither a response nor an acknowledgement, a subsequent request was made in December 2009 via certified mail, the receipt of which was promptly acknowledged.

The request was fulfilled by Paula Sweeney from the office of public and intergovernmental affairs and the computer printouts are dated Jan. 15, 2010 and Jan. 20, 2010.

Every single one of the registrations processed in 1980 had a zero added to the end of the DLN on the computer printout, a practice that appears to have changed subsequent to that time.

In fact, a registration dated March 1, 1982 with a 10-digit DLN of 2120360884 stamped on the registration form, has an 11-digit DLN of 8212 036 0884 entered in the computer, which appears to be consistent with registrations added after 1980, and possibly not until 1982.

It became obvious records were created after the fact for Obama and were later changed. However, the computer access date is frozen on Sept. 9, 2008; two days after Obama appeared on Stephanopoulos’ show saying he registered with SS in 1979 when the requirement was nonexistent.

The mistakes made by adding to and changing the fraudulently created record after Coffman’s FOIA request was fulfilled but before the Allen’s was received, provides an audit trail of the fraud.

It would appear Flahavan, who processed both requests, should have caught the glaring incongruities. Instead, he got cocky in his letter to Allen by proclaiming, “Mr. Obama did indeed register with Selective Service …”

The SS website proclaims, “Registration is the law. A man who fails to register may, if prosecuted and convicted, face a fine of up to $250,000 and/or a prison term of up to five years.”

It goes on to say, “Even if not tried, a man who fails to register with Selective Service before turning age 26 may find that some doors are permanently closed,” including federal student loans or grant programs.

A man must be registered to be eligible for jobs in the executive branch of the federal government, which includes president of the United States.

Registration is also a condition for U.S. citizenship if the man first arrived in the United States before his 26th birthday.

If Obama arrived in Hawaii as a citizen of Indonesia, as his school records and mother’s divorce records indicate, and he didn’t register with SS, he could have been barred from obtaining U.S. citizenship and may not be one now.

However, those covering up Obama’s tracks have done a sloppy job, which means there really is a conspiracy to defraud the American people, not just a theory.

Why is the national security community treating the “Enemy Belligerent, Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010,” introduced by Sens. John McCain and Joseph Lieberman on Thursday as a standard proposal, as a simple response to the administration’s choices in the aftermath of the Christmas Day bombing attempt? A close reading of the bill suggests it would allow the U.S. military to detain U.S. citizens

without trial indefinitely in the U.S. based on suspected activity. Read the bill here, and then read the summarized points after the jump.
According to the summary, the bill sets out a comprehensive policy for the detention, interrogation and trial of suspected enemy belligerents who are believed to have engaged in hostilities against the United States by requiring these individuals to be held in military custody, interrogated for their intelligence value and not provided with a Miranda warning.

(There is no distinction between U.S. persons–visa holders or citizens–and non-U.S. persons.)

It would require these “belligerents” to be coded as “high-value detainee[s]” to be held in military custody and interrogated for their intelligence value by a High-Value Detainee Interrogation Team established by the president. (The H.I.G., of course, was established to bring a sophisticated interrogation capacity to the federal justice system.)

Any suspected unprivileged enemy belligerents considered a “high-value detainee” shall not be provided with a Miranda warning.

The bill asks the President to determine criteria for designating an individual as a “high-value detainee” if he/she: (1) poses a threat of an attack on civilians or civilian facilities within the U.S. or U.S. facilities abroad; (2) poses a threat to U.S. military personnel or U.S. military facilities; (3) potential intelligence value; (4) is a member of al Qaeda or a terrorist group affiliated with al Qaeda or (5) such other matters as the President considers appropriate. The President must submit the regulations and guidance to the appropriate committees of Congress no later than 60 days after enactment.

To the extent possible, the High-Value Detainee Interrogation Team must make a preliminary determination whether the detainee is an unprivileged enemy belligerent within 48 hours of taking detainee into custody.

The High-Value Detainee Interrogation Team must submit its determination to the Secretary of Defense and the Attorney General after consultation with the Director of National Intelligence, the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. The Secretary of Defense and the Attorney General make a final determination and report the determination to the President and the appropriate committees of Congress. In the case of any disagreement between the Secretary of Defense and the Attorney General, the President will make the determination.

Reported by Lauren Roseman

A United Nations report on the existence of secret detention facilities in countries around the world puts most of the blame on the US and its Central Intelligence Agency. The report says that the CIA, under the pretext of fighting terrorism, runs scores of secret prisons in foreign countries where suspected terrorists are held, a Deutsche Welle article read on Saturday.

The UN report charges that the United States has created an “international network” to keep in detention anyone it deems as potential enemies. According to Deutsche Welle, the secret prisons exist in more than 66 countries.

These countries include Algeria, Egypt, India, Russia, Sudan and Zimbabwe where suspects and dissidents are kept in secret facilities. Poland and Romania are accused of hosting the CIA secret prisons on their soils.

The Intelligence Report

The report further suggests that the US transfers its prisoners to countries like Ethiopia, Djibouti, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Pakistan, Syria and even Thailand for interrogation. According to the UN report, in Israel Palestinian prisoners are kept in secret detention under the “illegal fighter” law. The UN report says while the existence of the secret prisons around the world violates the human and international rights they introduce a “serious problem on a global scale.” “If resorted to in a widespread or systematic manner, secret detention might reach the threshold of a crime against humanity,” suggests the report.

Four UN Special Rapporteurs Martin Scheinin, Manfred Nowak, Shaheen Sardar Ali, and Jeremy Sarkin, have contributed to the report. The report was due to be examined in Geneva this month; however, the resistance shown by some countries postponed the process until June.
