It says “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”That amendment is routinely cited by those who contend the federal government is usurping states’ rights.

Abolish The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 – History

by admin on Jan.27, 2010, under Rescue Liberty

To:  U.S. Congress This petition calls for the abolishment, by Congress of The Federal Reserve Act of 1913. To return all the rights and profits, from the creation of money to the rightful heirs, the citizens and the U.S. Government.
