Near the start of this year Ron Paul (R-Texas) introduced H.R. 1207, the Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2009. The bill was referred to the House Committee on Financial Services. As of this writing, H.R. 1207 has 282 cosponsors.A Senate equivalent, S.604, the Federal Reserve Sunshine Act of 2009, has been introduced by Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.). It has 23 cosponsors. Both bills have received a
tremendous groundswell of grass-roots support. Much of the support is coming from ordinary people who have become aware of the fact that the Federal Reserve has created trillions of dollars literally out of nothing during the past calendar year in its effort to micromanage its way out of the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.If such a measure were passed by both houses of Congress and signed into law by President Obama, the resulting bill would allow the Government Accounting Office to conduct audits of Federal Reserve System monetary policy. The bill proposes to scrutinize the Fed’s dealings not just on domestic monetary policy but on dealings with foreign central banks and
foreign governments.

The power elite is worried. Evidence for this can be found in a short article “The Fed’s Political Problem” appearing on the website of Foreign Affairs, flagship journal for the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The article’s author, Alan S. Blinder, is a senior-level economics professor at Princeton University who
also directs Princeton’s Center for Economic Policy Studies. From 1994 to 1996 he served as vice
chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

Blinder first argues a thesis he proposed back in 1997, that some areas of government are properly political and others are properly technocratic. He places monetary policy in the latter, where it can operate independently of political oversight. The drawback of Ron Paul’s bill is that it would transfer
Fed oversight to the political realm and end its independence.

Blinder describes Dr. Paul as “an extreme libertarian and longtime foe of the Fed. He has, incredibly, persuaded almost two-thirds of the House of Representatives to co-sponsor a bill that would jeopardize the Fed’s independence.” According to Blinder, the Fed “gets plenty of critical evaluations” of its policies and decisions. He maintains that Dr. Paul’s bill “could easily develop into something quite
dangerous.” He imagines this scenario:

Sometime in 2010, the Fed, wanting to avoid inflation, will likely begin to abandon the hyper-expansionary monetary policy it adopted during the recent crisis as a way to stave off a depression. As it does so, interest rates will start rising even as unemployment remains high. Predictably, Congress, being more closely attuned to public opinion, will be unhappy with this situation. Until now, the Fed’s independence has ensured that it can afford to ignore public opinion and take such necessary but unpopular economic measures. That is precisely why we want an independent monetary policy. But if the Paul bill passes, angry members of Congress could ask for a GAO audit. And, if the report is critical, they could use it to browbeat members of the Federal Open Market Committee, the Fed’s interest-rate-setting body, for killing the country’s economic recovery.

This misses the key argument Ron Paul has been making, which follows those of members of the Austrian school of economics (e.g., Ludwig von Mises). What Blinder euphemistically calls hyper-expansionary monetary policy actually is inflationary, if we understand inflation to be not merely rising prices but an increase in the amount of fiat currency in circulation. Mainstream economics has long preferred the public to see inflation almost exclusively in terms of visibly rising prices. If prices aren’t rising, economists can maintain that inflation is low even though the money creation spigot is going full blast — as it has been since the economic crisis began a year ago.

If we understand inflation as an increase in the money supply, however, we see immediately that the Fed, far from being a controller of inflation, is actually an engine of inflation. Rising prices in this case are just one possible effect of monetary inflation. The Fed is responsible for the long-term decline in purchasing power of our dollars, which have been backed literally by nothing except legal tender laws and the willingness of the public to accept them since 1971, the year President Richard Nixon severed the last ties between the dollar and gold. Fed monetary policy is the reason a hamburger costs you several dollars when your grandfather could buy one for thirty-five cents. The dollar has lost slightly over 96 percent of its value since the Federal Reserve System was created in 1913. The national debt has soared during the period since 1971 from a few hundred million to its present $11.8 trillion. Millions will be added to the debt during the brief time it takes to read this article!

The dollar’s value will drop considerably more should it lose its status as the world’s reserve currency. The Chinese are getting very nervous about the money-creation spigot in Washington, D.C. Perhaps these are the kinds of developments that elites such as Blinder don’t want the public to know about. Clearly the elites are uncomfortable with the amount of attention the Fed has received — the public being aware of the trillions having been created literally out of thin air during the past year. “What will this do to the long-term purchasing power of my money?” is a perfectly valid question many ordinary Americans are asking.

What are the prospects for H.R. 1207 and S. 604? Even if these bills pass and a compromise bill reaches President Barack Obama’s desk, it is difficult to imagine him even considering signing it. The effort to bring more of the Fed’s activities into the light of day may receive a new ally in the Senate late next year, however, as Ron Paul’s son Rand Paul has announced his candidacy for one of Kentucky’s two slots and raised $815,000 as of this writing. Like father, like son: Rand Paul is also highly critical of the lack of transparency that characterizes crucial decisions made by the Federal Reserve and has vowed, if elected to the Senate, to work to “shed light on this secretive organization.” He reminds us of the trillions the Fed has created out of thin air and adds, “The American people have a right to know to whom this money was given. For all its talk of transparency the current administration has done nothing to tear the shroud off the Fed.”

TOCCOA, Ga. (BP)–A Georgia Baptist pastor was shot and killed by undercover police officers on Sept. 2, apparently in relation to a drug sting.

Joe Phillips, a deacon at Shoal Creek Baptist, stopped by the church parsonage Wednesday morning to feed and water Ayers’ dog. Phillips declined to comment on the situation except to say local law enforcement agencies need to “get the facts straight” about what really happened at the Shell station in Toccoa on Tuesday afternoon.

But Roger Shirley, a member of Shoal Creek, spoke on behalf of church members Wednesday morning in an interview.

“No way. I’d stake my life on it. He was not into drugs,” Shirley said about Ayers.

Jonathan Ayers, 29, pastor of Shoal Creek Baptist Church in Lavonia, Ga., was not the target of the sting, Stephens County Sheriff Randy Shirley told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Those who knew the Pastor Jonathon Ayers said Wednesday that they are shocked and angry after his death Tuesday.

Early reports were that Ayers dropped off the sting suspect in downtown Toccoa and that two undercover agents from the task force of officers from Stephens, Habersham, and Rabun counties followed him and attempted to question him.

Ayers used an ATM at a crowded Shell convenience store around 2:30 p.m. and the officers, who were in plain clothes, jumped out of a moving vehicle as Ayers was backing out of the parking lot. The agents drew their weapons, and the pastor apparently tried to avoid them, putting his car in reverse and striking one of the agents as he backed out. Officers fired, hitting Ayers in the chest.

The officers said they did not know who he was but wanted to question him about the woman, who was suspected of cocaine possession and distribution, according to media reports. Ayers drove off before losing control of the vehicle a block away and hitting a telephone pole. He was taken to a hospital, where he died an hour later.

Ayers and his wife, Abby, were expecting their first child.

A search of Ayers’ car turned up no drugs but the woman was arrested on cocaine charges, according to Examiner.com. WYFF4.com reported the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called to investigate and the officers involved have been placed on administrative leave with pay, pending the outcome of the investigation. The injured officer was treated and released at a local hospital, according to the Journal-Constitution.

Ayers’ sister, Rebecca Floyd, told WYFF4 that her brother was known to help strangers.

“I could bet my life on it he did not know her,” she said. “I could bet my life on it, because that’s the kind of person he was. He was a good Christian man, and … his goal was to lead souls to Christ.”

Message To Police

Well there is plenty of controversy in this topic for the mainstream media, but broadcast networks refuse to talk about the growing trend to fight for your rights in courtrooms across America.  Why?  Don’t be fooled! Just because shows like “The View” or evening hosts like Anderson Cooper on the broadcast networks aren’t talking about the trend doesn’t mean it’s not happening. Strangely enough, not even Alex Jones has blogged about it(most know Alex Jones butters his bread by “muck-raking” ). “It”  is the growing storm of people battling in the courts to take back this country and the judicial system.

While Alex does openly support both Lady Liberty(with mighty words) and Ron Paul’s call for the return to The Constitution, the bland networks classified Ron Paul in 2008 as the “Dark Horse” and his supporters were “pariah” or “nutty.” Today, one year later, the mainstream media is no longer mainstream and the waxing trend is to take police and other public officials to task over their civic duties, oaths of office, and the criminal procedures. You don’t have to look far to find men like Tommy Crier on streaming radio. Tommy has a impressive court record of leading his clients to safe shores  in the storm of battling the IRS;  Randy Kelton has been hosting an internet radio show to demonstrate his technique of steering police to a just due process of law, long since abandon by the Texas Police;  Sam Davis, a humble Idaho farmer whose house was raided by the FBI while he was under arrest in Las Vegas, Nevada for charges like money laundering has managed to keep himself out of the hands of Federal Officials with nothing more than knowing how to object to the due-process and jurisdiction. Tim Turner, Formerly of FEMA is teaching people in his seminar how to move their status from debtor to creditor.

The movement to defend yourself started growing as the lawyer fees began to grow and people tired from being at the mercy of the courts.  Well, in the 80s and 90s a groups like The Freeman Group had a small number of members who realized when they entered the court room, everyone from the judge to you public defender was bound by the BAR association, British Accredited Registry.  A foreign agency operating on American soil; and they saw The Federal Constitution, the founding document of the country was not allowed in the court without the judge’s permission. Something smelled rotten, an unjust configuration of the courts where the scales of justice are presumed to be balanced. This fueled the passion of those with the tenacity to fight, get beat, and return to the battle to fight again.  They familiarized themselves with contrasting books like Blacks Law Dictionary and The Holy Bible and  they began to win in courtrooms across the country. The foundations were being laid for what was to come later.  In the 1980s some losses were felt. Some men found themselves in prison under harsh conditions, punishment no doubt for there unwavering stance for the constitution, but the list of courtroom strategies continued to grow every year.

More recently, with the advent of the web, Internet radio shows are growing in numbers and respectability. For the listening audience true freedom is flourishing. Pro Se Litigators have been taking back much lost judicial ground, and Reuters(owned by the Rothchilds) continues to  remain almost silent.  Americans feeling disenchanted with both media bias toward stupidity and political leaders apathy are left to seek a more representative reporting of the news. The propagation has forced many Americans with no other alternative but to learn how to defend oneself in court. For those who have spent a life time sharpening their skills the pay off is to offer seminars on how to stand autonomous in the courts.  The patriotic calling is to take police and other public officials to task over their civic duties, oaths of office, and the criminal procedures that are being over looked,  leaving Americans wondering what happen to justice;

As the police continue to receive training to be more aggressive against the average citizen, Americans are at risk of being arrested, beaten, electrocuted, or imprisoned without trial or explanation of the charges for months.  Americans have woken up to recognized this for what it is, A hostile corporate take over of the country.  The Media has unwittingly opened the door  for people to seek sources  for defense to an increasingly irrelevant system of government in their lives.  solutions which have been formulated over the years are now leading Americans to regroup their core values and beliefs; A wave of patriotism the media has tried to brand with a negative stereo-type and connotation is now gaining momentum.

In June 1932 a small band of World War One Veterans calling themselves the Bonus Expeditionary Force or BEF started gathering in Washington to protest Congress’ delay in the payment of their War Bonds they were promised. By mid August their numbers had grown to between 15,000 and 24,00 depending on the source as more and more Veterans and their families gathered in Washington demanding that they be paid.

On August 28, 1932 President Hoover ordered General Douglas MacArthur to evict the Veterans. MacArthur ordered then Majors George Patton and Dwight Eisenhower to mobilize the Federal troops out of Fort Myers, Virginia.

At 4:00 that afternoon Major Patton ordered the Calvary to charge the unarmed veterans and their families. Killing and wounding many of the marchers as well as a few by standers, one of whom was a United States Senator. As the day progressed into night the Army attacked the Veterans main encampment with small arms, bayonets, machine guns and tanks. In all it is reported that some 1,600 people, mostly woman and children were killed in the daylong struggle. Nobody knows for sure the exact number as there were those who had escaped the city during the fighting and who died of their injuries while on the roads heading back to their homes.

By the following morning some 2,400 people were herded into cattle cars and were taken down to the Florida Everglades. There they were separated into small groups of 50’s. The women and children were lined up first as the Veterans were lined up along the tracks behind a machinegun that Patton had ordered to be set up on the tracks pointing out over the glades.

Patton gave a speech about patriotism calling them all traitors as the first group of women and children were forced to wade out into the swamp and to stand in front of a machine gun. He continued his speech until the last of the women and children in the first group had entered the swamp and were lined up in front of the machine gun. Then Major Patton gave the order to fire and the first group fell lifeless into the swamp. Then the next group of women and children were marched out into the swamp where they too were gunned down by the machine gun. This continued one group at a time while the Veterans were forced to watch as their wives and children were executed by the soldiers.
When the last group of women and children had been executed the Veterans began singing patriotic songs as they marched out into the swamp. Tripping over the lifeless bodies of their loved one which were floating in the water, they continued singing until the last Veteran’s lifeless body splashed into the mixture of blood, mud, and swamp water. It is said that the gators ate very well that day as the soldiers tore up the tracks and left the area.

This account of what happened to America’s World War I Veterans is true and as accurate as is possible. The official story about what happened to the Veterans and their families that were forced into the boxcars with Federal Troops perched on top of them differs greatly from how it was told to us by eyewitnesses just prior to their deaths in 1990. The United States Government would like people to believe that they were shipped across the country looking for a new home and eventually lost some where in the vastness of what is America.

The fact remains that America’s Veterans are the only group of American citizens ever gunned down and killed by Federal Troops for marching on Washington, D.C.. The KK held rallies in Washington where they would wear their hoods and ride their horses through the city. The Black Americans camped out in Washington for months in the 60s demanding their Civil Rights. Every other minority has held demonstrations or protests in Washington without anyone being gunned down by Federal Troops including the Anti War Protesters protesting World War I, World War II, the War in Korea and the War in Vietnam. Only America’s pride, her Veterans, have been gunned down for demanding that which they were promised by the Congress of the United States.
